方向管理成本
昨天，和GL同学谈业务上的事，谈的透彻而富有成效，一高兴就额外务虚了一刻钟，学到一个新名词：方向管理成本（在百度的收录结果是0，在自作聪明的谷歌的收录结果是3，谷歌确实不懂中文啊）。
具体来讲，不断的调整方向的公司，其方向管理成本非常高，高到能把公司调整死。为什么不断调整？无非是因为大方向没有，用GL的话说就是“小机动天天有，大方向永远没有”。反之，有方向、且方向明确的公司，其方向管理成本是很低的，甚至是0。要确定“做什么，不做什么”；不仅要有下月计划，也至少要有下一年的计划。从这点上去看，很容易理解为什么李彦宏强调“认准目标不跟风不动摇”，为什么股市里有那么多的涨停敢死队，为什么很多“社区”一会“非死不可”，一会“颓特”，一会“农场”。这种不管理方向成本的公司，在很high的小机动中，轻则跌停，重则game over。
当然，做好个人的方向管理成本也很重要。有些人身兼数职，这公司、那组织的搞很多方向，方向管理成本自然高；而那些一辈子不改行，甚至在IBM这样的公司服务30年的人，他的方向管理成本自然低。
另外还有2类成本：产品管理成本和人力管理成本。
如果你只有1-2个产品，最好1个产品，你就不需要整天的策划产品，不需要不停的开发产品做东西，你的产品管理成本会低很多，投入集中到1-2个产品上，产出效率会高很多。
如果你搞不清楚为什么招人，只是觉得要扩张要招人，甚至是各部门为加大自己的实力而招人的话，那么你招来的人很难用到实处，你的人力管理成本就会高。
三个成本里面，最重要的是方向管理成本。
