细节

前几天出差路上看《转折年代—中国的1947》，里面记叙刘邓在执行挺进大别山战略任务中的一个细节，非常特别：

当时，部队前面是上游突然涨水的淮河，身后是距离仅有15公里的国民党85师，资源是仅有的10来只小木船，任务是必须马上找到渡河的方法，天亮前过河。

刘伯承问指战员，能否徒涉？回答：不行。刘又追问：你们是否亲自侦查，试过水深，能否架桥？回答：前卫团侦察过，不能徒涉，也无法架桥。于是刘命令指挥机关坐小船渡河，他自己上了一只小船，手持一根很长的竹竿，亲自探测水深。结果他发现河水不深，流速甚缓，就叫参谋长组织部队架桥，同时在“坚决迅速架桥”几个字旁边加了两层圈，责备说“粗枝大叶害死人，越是紧要关头，领导干部越要亲自动手，实地侦察”。

我们往往因为刘邓的胜利者角色，而忽视了千里挺进大别山战略的巨大风险，忽视了部队实际上遇到的巨大困难。再好的战略，如果没有细节的执行保障，都会在瞬间功亏一篑。

我们每天都在做细节，都在和细节打交道，例如我这几天经历或关注到的一些细节：

  • 一个对网页上语句的语气和字体很较真、很偏执的产品经理，是真正懂产品的；
  • 一个离开会议室会主动把椅子恢复原位的销售，令人好感顿生；
  • 一个不会写电子邮件，需要秘书打印电子邮件的CEO，一定会带领Yahoo迷路的；
  • 一个从不给别人烟抽，只抽别人烟的家伙，会永远的被朋友圈抛弃；
  • 一个容不得自己身边人事业发达的人，会被嫉妒给毁了；

。。。

能够帮助我们判断的只能是细节，我们能做的也只能是细节。

最后，补充一句xiaoxiong的话：一个战术细节可以形成战略。
