去年在杭州的一次小型聚会上，第一次听到“BD是毒药”，“策划也是毒药”的观点，前几天又谈起这个话题，发现企业运营中的有些毒药，还真是有点普遍：
- BD，尤其是“看似彼此都不花钱”的BD，是毒药
- “不策划 毋宁死”的人，是毒药（少策划，少折腾；不策划，不折腾）
- 没用过你产品，但敢于猛提意见的人，是毒药（提问题很谨慎的人，是专家的概率往往要高一些）
- 网民中的当代“清议派”，是毒药
- “只会提出问题，不会解决问题”的人，是毒药
- “喜欢开头，但不喜欢咬牙把事情从头做到尾”的人，是毒药
- “不关心技术和产品，只强调自己懂市场”的人，是毒药
以上每句话，没有对应的情景和案例解释，就句句是偏见。想要不吃药是不可能的，但少吃药、不吃毒药是可能的，或许可以“吃的是药，挤出来的是奶”。

Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.

Okay..I’m totally a newb at this and I don’t really know much about what’s going on in my computer, but one day I was playig sims 2 and my computer shut down and restarted, and so I didn’t really make a big deal out of it until it kept happening. Then I tried turning off the automatic restarting thing, then suddenly I got the BSOD, saying I had the driver_irql_not_less_or_equal. I suddenly noticed that most files names turned blue in font color in every directory i enter. i can not seem to change it back to black and i do not understand what have caused it. i thought maybe it is a virus or spyware since it happened suddenly, i checked for viruses and spywares/malwares and i could not find anything. I deleted norton virus since my account already expired. So I borrowed my brother’s Mcafee and installed it to my computer. I tried getting on the Internet but when I do the page connection says cannot be connected. So I checked the signal strength and it says ” very good” but it’s still not connected? I share a router that is located in my sister’s room which is like 10 ft away, and her computer is working just fine with the Internet. I have a Dell Inspiron 530 with Vista. I downloaded a MS word file which was attached to an email (no viruses, as far as I know). I then right clicked on the icon and renamed the file. A new icon with the new name appeared, and works fine to open the file. The old icon remained on the desktop and will neither open nor delete. When I try to open it it asks what program to use (even though it’s a .doc), I pick Word, then nothing happens. When I try to drag it to the recycle bin it says it’s no longer located on the desktop and I need to verify its location. It says its size is 0 bytes. I recently bought a laptop over Christmas along with Microsoft 2007 Home & Student and Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2010 (they are both on disc/CDs). Do I still need an internet connection for installing them, like if I was required to activate something online? I know on boxes of both it says if you don’t have a CD drive you can install if online, since they give you an activation code. I DO have a CD drive. But I still want to know if I need an internet connection, because I currently don’t have one on my laptop.

I have a Dell Latitude Laptop using Windows XP. I took it to Geek Squad because it was skipping and the freezing up when I played DVDs or any kind of audio. When it freezes I have to turn it off witut shutting it down. It also wouldn’t freeze right away..it freezes into about 10 minutes of playing DVDs or youtube videos. It was also making weird noises when it froze. Best Buy informed me that the noise wasn’t any hardware issue, but the kind of noise the computer makes when it’s frozen. They said nothing was wrong hardware wise, and that I had 6 viruses on the laptop. Well now, all those viruses are removed, and my laptop is still skipping and freezing when I play DVDs..to the point where I have to turn off the computer without shutting it down. If it’s not viruses, and geek squad said everything is fine with the computer physically, then what is it?

I went to 2 gamestop stores and none of em sold F.E.A.R. My home is only 1400 feet away from a 733 foot, 50,000 watt radio tower and another smaller radio tower next to it. In the past, I’ve had problems with my garage door opening with the remote. Now, my new computer is acting up. Sometimes when I start it up it just gets to the desktop and doesn’t load anything. No matter what I click nothing loads or happens. I scanned it with 3 different anti-virus/spyware programs and nothing was found. The room its in has a window facing directly at the towers. I blocked the window with some stuff and the computer works normally so far. Could the electromagnetic radiation be affecting my pc? I’ve had problems with numerous other electronics and r/c toys in the past also.

Anytime I am connected to wireless internet it periodically stops functioning as if I am no longer connected. However, the computer shows that it is still connected, and people around me are having no problems at all. This usually happens four or five times in a two hour period. I try reconnecting, but it only lasts maybe ten minutes. My computer is regularly scanned for viruses.

I have recently got a new laptop with windows 7 and Norton security but within days mystery emails were being sent from my hotmail address seemingly to everyone in my contact list. The email is the same each time. I have ran a full system scan as thought it might be a virus but nothing was found any ideas what to do to stop this?

I have two computers that I’m now having problems with. yesterday, my first computer shut down and said “RPC has been terminated”. everytime I restart that computer, it gives me another 1:00 minute shut down warning. I know I need to change the settings of the RPC, but it shuts down before I can ever get to it. is there another way to fix this? The second computer messed up today. I was researching how to fix the other RPC problem and my computer shut down. when it rebooted, I now have “Internet security 2010″ installed and I can’t delete it. I had a similiar virus before and was able to manually delete the virus, but this one won’t let me open task manager or the registry to delete it. it’s even taken over my Internet and won’t let me on. so I’m stuck trying to research problems on my iPhone. I read somewhere that if you can’t get task manager to open that you need to wipe out your hard drive. I am wanting to do this but I can’t find my reinstallation CD for this computer which is an emachines. however, I have the installation cd for the other computer with the RPC problem, but that computer is a Dell. can I install a Dell operating system on my emachines? they’re both windows XP.

First, Some History: For the past couple of months, my computer has been BSODing after being idle with the top closed after 10-20 minutes Today, I installed Kaspersky Antivirus, Here where the real trouble begins, the computer kept freezing and BSODing on me, I kept having to turn it off by the power button, now the computer won’t even go past the dell boot screen, it says “Internal HDD Not Found” and makes loads of loud beeping noises. I have windows XP and a Dell Laptop which I got back in August.

Will my antivirus (that is set to run automatically), run even if my computer is shutted down or off. I was just wondering because I set it to run at 5:00am weekly, full scan, but I not awake at that time, and my computer is not on, so is it gonna scan for viruses even though..?

I was playing an app on Facebook (Graffiti) and my Mac warned me that the page may contain malware. Of course I ignored it because I wanted to draw more with the app, and when i was done the page scrolled up by itself and my curser moved across the screen a bit on its own. Does my Mac have a virus? are there any built-in features that could be of assistance? are there any anti-virus programs safe to use on my Mac?
