毒药
去年在杭州的一次小型聚会上，第一次听到“BD是毒药”，“策划也是毒药”的观点，前几天又谈起这个话题，发现企业运营中的有些毒药，还真是有点普遍：
- BD，尤其是“看似彼此都不花钱”的BD，是毒药
- “不策划 毋宁死”的人，是毒药（少策划，少折腾；不策划，不折腾）
- 没用过你产品，但敢于猛提意见的人，是毒药（提问题很谨慎的人，是专家的概率往往要高一些）
- 网民中的当代“清议派”，是毒药
- “只会提出问题，不会解决问题”的人，是毒药
- “喜欢开头，但不喜欢咬牙把事情从头做到尾”的人，是毒药
- “不关心技术和产品，只强调自己懂市场”的人，是毒药
以上每句话，没有对应的情景和案例解释，就句句是偏见。想要不吃药是不可能的，但少吃药、不吃毒药是可能的，或许可以“吃的是药，挤出来的是奶”。

[...] 一个互联网创业者讲：“BD， 尤其是“看似彼此都不花钱”的BD，是毒药！”，赞同！确实，十年来很多很多人被互联网的某些独立因子所迷惑，重于抽象的“量”，而忽视服务交易核心 —回报价值，这个“质”。最近，有人想算一笔帐，在中国市场环境（注意不是在北美！！！）：化几百万，在网上发展注册用户近百万，单个发展注册用户的 成本可能5-8元之间，其网站最终的收益是广告，分配到单个有效注册用户的回报网站是多少？同样这几百万，如果在线下，面对面发展特别服务的消费者，获得单个消费者成本可能要上几十元，消费者总数也就几万人，但是这单个消费者的回报给公司的价值是多少？……毕竟是上几百万，显然无法做实验，不过，确实有人想证明在中国商业环境中，回报是有很大不同。不妨，你也自己算算……但是，估计很多人没有线下销售和零售经验[过去三十年，高学历人才很少流入零售和服务 市场]，可能无法建模来测试…… [...]

Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
