熟视无睹的盲区
上周的南方周末有一篇实名制火车票的报道，其中关于身份证的一些细节，读来让人深感意外。有相当一部分农民工兄弟，他们使用身份证的次数低到几乎为0（签用工合同需要身份证，但很少有雇主与他们签；在打工地，他们更多需要的是暂住证（居住证）；他们也很少使用银行卡服务等等），直接导致的问题是很多人没有带身份证，或找不到身份证，由此带来的很多问题，是下了本钱来推广实名制火车票的广州各部门事前所没有预料到的。
这是典型的熟视无睹的盲区，因为制定政策的人default的认为身份证肯定人人带着的。在IT领域，也有很多这类例子，可以随便找几个：
- 10多前，在证券营业部的软件里，经常会弹出一个“按任意键继续”的提示框，无数的股民在找键盘上的这个“任意键”，直到遭遇一发毛的砸场子的股民，程序员们才开始改。在此之前，大家都Defult的认为人人知道什么是任意键。这算是我对用户体验最早的认知了。
- 注册很多优秀的国外网站，必须用邮箱，但光我们家里，不会用邮箱的就有好几位。美国人认为邮箱是标配，他熟视无睹了，因为他身边所有鬼子都在用邮箱。
- 中国移动的手机邮箱叫139手机邮箱，好几个人诚惶诚恐的问我，我是135，136的手机号，我能用吗？
对于决策者而言，一旦你对市场的default的判断，与实际情况存在这种盲区，后果会非常致命。
